Shipping Your Harken Order
Harken processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. If the item is in stock, we’ll ship one to two business days after we receive your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. See Harken shipping schedule below for timelines. Shipping options include:
- UPS Ground (1 to 7 days) Free on orders over $100.00.
- UPS Blue (2-day service)
- UPS Red (overnight service)

If an item is back-ordered, we’ll contact you by email or phone with an estimated availability date. Just let us know if you would like us to ship the item as soon as it’s available (it will be worth the wait!) or if you’d like to cancel your order for a refund.
Call Harken Customer Service at (262) 691-3320 to cancel your order. We will make every effort to cancel it. However, orders that have already shipped can’t be canceled. Freight charges will apply to returns.
Please call or email Harken Customer Service for all returns. The customer service team member will supply you with an RMA number, as well as return instructions. The team member will need to know the reason for return, as well as your credit card information to provide a credit upon receipt of items. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restock fee may apply to any return.

State sales tax is charged for shipments into California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin. For orders delivered to Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin, sales tax will also be charged on freight.
If you or your organization are tax exempt, please contact the Harken Customer Service team so they can place your order without tax. A current copy of your tax exempt certificate will need to be supplied.
All orders placed on the website are subject to sales tax, which will not be refunded after the fact.

Closing Schedule - No Shipping
Harken is closed several times a year. Orders submitted on those days will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of Harken reopening. Please be aware that ship times can be affected by UPS's closing schedule as well.
