Max and his team worked on-site during the Acts and 2007 America’s Cup in Valencia and did a great job keeping the gear in top-notch racing condition.He also
managed the 2008/09 Volvo support team, meeting the fleet at each stop-over. When he’s not on the road, Max enjoys his home located in a small village overlooking Italy’s beautiful Lake Como. He loves fast motorcycles and is known as a gourmet cook.

Global Service Coordinator & Logistics International Events Manager
Chantal was responsible for 2008-09 Volvo logistics and technical support and oversees Mediterranean-based Grand Prix regatta logistics. She services equipment, coordinates communication between the offices, makes sure Harken gear clears customs, and that the right parts are delivered to the right boats. Chantal comes with a diverse set of skills that make her great at a complex job—sailing instructor, stewardess/deck, Captain on a Swan 45 racer. In 2007 Chantal managed the Harken America’s Cup office in Valencia.

Robbie designs, installs, maintains hydraulic & rigging components & systems on Grand Prix Boats and cruisers of all sizes. He has raced in four America's Cup campaigns: Courageous '83, America II '87, Stars and Stripes 2000, Oracle BMW 2003.

Mike works with naval architects to spec and install custom winches and hardware. A rigger for many years, projects include winches on the IRC 66 Numbers; hardware/winches on TP52s; gear on the Volvo 70, Puma.

A respected Grand Prix technician, Nigel’s responsibilities include the design, specification, service and installation of deck gear—America’s Cup, Volvo, GP and custom yachts.

Dana is Harken’s liaison with the Volvo Ocean racing teams, specifying hardware and managing the orders. She grew up racing dinghies in Newport, Rhode Island and competed at the high school and college level.

Meaghan works with custom engineers and distributors to coordinate designs for megayacht and big boat projects. A 10-year big boat veteran, she crewed on the 112’ Swan Anemo (2005 Transatlantic); the Swan 56’ Lolita (2006 Newport/Bermuda).
