A Harken-equipped J-Class Revival

The magnificent J-Class yacht Lionheart joins Hanuman in J-Class revivals equipped by Harken. At 44 m (144 ft), she is the biggest of all the J's with an overhang of 17 m (56 ft). Her aluminum hull was fitted out with Harken gear by the Claasen Jachtbouw yard, the main contractor for the project. Lionheart's design was based on a lines plan for Ranger, a J that was tank tested in the 1930s but never built. Hoek Design Naval Architects optimized the original design using today's software programs to analyze performance and speed.

Lionheart is designed for cruising as well as racing, and is for sale by Hoek brockerage..
